Keith Brink

Keith Brink has been the Director of Upward Bound Programs since 2008 and has more than 25 years of service with the University of Arkansas. Prior to his current role, he served as an Outreach Counselor with Educational Talent Search, an Academic Coordinator for Upward Bound, Director of Upward Bound Math and Science, and Director of Gifted and Talented Scholars. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in Science Education from Arkansas State University and began his professional career as a high school science teacher at Norfork Public Schools in north central Arkansas. He obtained a master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Arkansas and has taught numerous semesters at NorthWest Arkansas Community College as an adjunct instructor. Keith and his wife, Becky, have two daughters and enjoy spending time with their two cats and two dogs. Keith is a big fan of the classic TV series Twin Peaks and enjoys watching the Razorbacks, playing golf, and cooking whenever he can to relax and unwind.
